Trade Stands

Trade stand space is available on the showfield and is very competitively priced. The cost is based on frontage space, and the depth is approximately 4 meters. Larger stands can be accommodated.

 

 

There are a Limited number of indoor trade stands available @ £35 per 5ft frontage, trestle table included.

Indoor charity stands @ £25

A prize is awarded to the Best Presented Trade Stand. The show opens to the Public at 9am, and all stands must be set up by then.

PLEASE NOTE:

All vehicles must be parked in the main car park unless part of the stand display. No vehicles will be permitted on the showfield after 9am.

All stand holders must provide a completed risk assessment form, and no stands will be accepted unless this is completed and returned with the application form.

All stands must be paid in full prior to showday. In the unlikely event that the show is canceled, all monies would be refunded.

Trade Stands are situated on the main showfield and stand holders are required to provide their own shelter.

The bar, catering, and ice cream concessions have already been allocated.

We have a number of Charity Trade Stands available to Registered Charities and other Voluntary organizations. These are £20 per stand.

CRAFT MARQUEE

Tables are available to hire in the craft marquee. Tables cost £30 and £45 for a double. Chairs are provided. There are to be no retail or charity stalls inside the marquee and all goods must be handcrafted by the crafter.

Our craft tent is currently fully booked, but we are operating a waiting list for anyone interested in attending. Please contact our craft convener to be added to this list
